You guys know I love the song No. 5. It’s still on heavy rotation and I can’t seem to get tired of it. Anyways, J.ae released a Christian album song a while back and I thought I’d share my favorite track off of “In My Life.” Enjoy.

This song is a guilty pleasure. Why am I embarrassed I like this song? I mean, it’s a good song. Is it because the lead singer is on a terrible CW show? Maybe because she looks like a Tim Burton animation come to life? The things nightmares are made of?

Amy Winehouse - Stronger Than Me
Another song from her first album Frank — far superior to Back To Black imo. I wonder if they’ll release material from her unreleased third album… It would be bittersweet.

Amy Winehouse - You Sent Me Flying
I love this song and this performance. Probably a coincidence that this song has been on repeat during my commute to and from SF everyday for the past week? She’s such an amazing talent and I’m really sad to hear of this addiction taking control of her life and ultimately ending it. I kind of knew, in the back of my mind, that there wouldn’t be a third album. My heart goes out to her friends and family. RIP AMY WINEHOUSE.
